Instructions for Canadian Suppliers
All Canadian shipments are to be managed by the staff at the
Australian Government Cargo Office.
Please do not ship cargo without instructions.
When shipment is ready, please contact Vi.Darling@dhl.com
and copy Jesse.Maniquis@dhl.com
Please attach copies of the PO
and commercial invoice.
Please also provide pieces, weights and dimension of the
shipment.
The Australian Government Cargo Office will process the
shipment in the Embassy’s freight tracking system and will advise when
local DHL office in Canada
will pick up shipment. The local DHL
office in Canada will
make the export to Australia.

Instructions
PACKAGING MUST BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH IATA OR IMDG REGULATIONS.
Wood packaging material must be free of bark and marked in
accordance with ISPM 15. Vendor
shall be responsible for any loss or damage or expenses incurred by the
Purchaser due to improper packaging.
The use of straw and other unprocessed vegetable packaging is
prohibited except under conditions prescribed in the Australian quarantine
regulations in force at the time of entry of the Materiel into Australia. For further details on ISPM 15 go to
